entually sold to the County of LA to avaid ripping it up for freeway construction. It is a magnificent mix of flowers, trees, bushes, water features and gardens. Marlene felt the rosearium was the best she has ever seen. In the southeast corner is Boddy's 10,000 sq ft house, still used for receptions and gatherings. Rough life.
